Ultra-high Viscosity-Reducing Dispersant for Titanium Dioxide and Fillers

Key Advantages:

Ultra-strong viscosity reduction and anti-settling properties: In various systems, KBS-6860 significantly reduces grinding viscosity while providing excellent anti-settling performance, effectively preventing the sedimentation and hard settling of pigments and fillers during storage. In epoxy systems, it achieves both ultra-strong viscosity reduction and anti-settling ; in unsaturated polyester (PE) systems, it also effectively improves gloss.

Zero VOC: This product contains no volatile organic compounds, complying with increasingly stringent environmental regulations and making it suitable for applications with strict VOC limits.

Excellent storage stability: When preparing resin-free pigment pastes in glycol ether solvents (such as ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, benzyl alcohol) and UV monomers (such as TPGDA), the paste fineness remains below 10 µm after heat storage testing (e.g., 50°C for 7 days), with minimal viscosity change, demonstrating excellent viscosity reduction and storage stability.

Packaging and Storage

• 25kg iron drum with inner coating or 180kg ring plastic drum
